The other night some of my extended family got together for dinner and to watch the Olympics opening ceremony. It was pretty cool to see the family gathered around as we watched the ceremony. And how excited we got when the United States team finally came across the screen. We stopped watching after Nelly Furtado and Ryan Adams had their horrible lip syncing debut, but it was fun to watch it up until that point.I have loved watching the Olympics so far. I love being American and I love cheering for my team.
