Yep, I'm just doing three layers and then a sheet cake. I need to see how many you and Charlotte think I should make for 250 people.

The cake testing went well! And I was right... classic white cake it is! (Sorry for the crappy picture, I didn't have a camera around so I used my Blackberry.)
